Who's Hot…
The SuperChiefs continue to come out of their games with at least a point. This week they get 2 points and extend their unbeaten streak to 5 games (4-0-1).
...and NOT…
The Galaxies run on the Cold List continues as they are now without a win over the last eight weeks.
Week 20 Intro :
I was trying to be nice and allow all the Teams a chance to get their stats in, and we had one take me up on the offer and submit their stuff just after lunch. However, still one holdout, so we move on without them.

Week 20 in Review :
SuperChiefs 6   Marauders 3 :
Soper: Super Chiefs took it to us tonight. Great game by Mr. Fink. The Rauds battled but couldn't quite keep pace. Krich had a great game in net and we didn't help him out. Paddle save that was worthy of ESPN top 10 saves of the year.
Conner had 2 hustle goals and Boom Boom got his first of the year on a rocket from the point!
See Chris Vincent's write up for more detail.
Bullitt's next up.

Vincent: Week 20 sees the SuperChiefs taking on Sopedaddy and the Marauders. We jumped out to an early 3-0 lead but knew the Marauders would Ma"claw"der their way back into it. They cut the score to 1 but the Chiefs were able to pull away and secure the W. As mentioned in the pregame, sometimes you win with a team effort and some times you gotta rely on your superstars to step up. After a week long bender in Kansas City, Kansas, I mean Missouri, Fink put the team on his back this game and scored 5 of the Chiefs 6 goal's.
Focus 9   Rangers 5 :
Moczydlowsky: Welppppp. Started off as a barn burner with the score tied up at 5 after one period.

Then the Focus pulled ahead and left us in the dust. Man we’re they flying.

McCaig: Well we are officially off the cold list and in a big way too. Huge game by Gadulka and the whole team. We switched some things up and it worked well for us. Crisi back and looking in good form after the horrible shake weight injury that left one arm immobilized for a few months. PSA always use two hands on the shake weights. Lots of great puck movement and just overall a much better flow to the game on the end of the focus. Rangers came out shooting though, pushing the first period to 4-4 by the end of it. Even with Hoyt out of the lineup, the Rangers didn't make it easy on us. Slowly things are starting to come together and in perfect time for the playoffs.
FordTough 7   Blackbirds 1 :
Lacaria: Volume 2 Issue 20

Fitting conclusion to our season as the FordTough take us out back behind the barn and put us out of our misery. A Falcons win means we are officially OUT of contention.

Three more games to conclude the season. Playing for pride and to not finish in 14th.

2020 Score Count: Blackbirds 22, Bobby B 14

Lets go spoil seedings......

Dalimonte: Ford Tough faces the Blackbirds as they try to stay in the playoff hunt!Tough open scoring with Sub Tom Lefevre 1-0 Tough.

The Tough try a new twist this week as we bring Ryan Zack up to play Center and he did not disappoint!!4 goals on this night going with an assist.Tough get goals from Chris C, James Yizzie. Middleton with 4 assists.

Tough dominate game 7-1. Andy plays solid in net. 2 games left for the Tough, Focus and Broncos to try and win the Presidents Cup!!! CANT WAIT!!!

Thank you Tommy for subbing!

Cobras 5   Thunderbolts 2 :

Filar: Thanks to Colin Peters and Jim Radcliffe for subbing for a depleted Cobra team. But player of the game honors go to Mark Donakowski with our first goal and a gorgeous set up to Koehler for the dagger tonight. There celly following that goal was, instant, quick and enjoyed by one and all!
Diesels 7   GranTorinos 3 :
Kundinger: Another big rematch game for the Diesels and Focus. The Focus outgunned the Diesels in the first match, so the Diesels were ready to stop the fire power and bring their big guns tonight!

Diesels jump out the fast start they were hoping for and led by Ryan Jones with back to back goals. Then Collin got his mojo going scoring quickly after the second goal. Bob Jones then lights the lamp the next shift giving the 4-0 lead!

Diesels seem to cash it in early in the second. And allow the focus back into the game two goals of their own. That is, until Bob Jones lasers one top shelf. Then Collin once again buries the back breaker. One more goal scored by a focus late in the third, but Nate caps off the victory with the empty netter to close it out. Diesels get the big win 7 to 3 and look to keep climbing up the ranks.

Refs were perfect on the night regardless of what Rhett says. Diesels were able to take advantage of the poor back-checking and D zone coverage of the Focus. Great night for Collin with 2g, 4A. Nate and Ryan share 4 point nights with 2g, 2a each.

Schaefer: Got down early and never recovered...
Broncos 8   Bullitts 2 :
Kluegel: The Bullitts scored the first goal of the game but the Broncos took over after that. 8-2 Broncos Final.

Huge 5 point night for Alex Lince with 2G, 3A. Curtis Clark 2G, 2A, Blake Smith with 2G, 1A, Chris O 1G, 1A, and Kluegel with 1G, 1A. This was definitely one of our better all around performances of the season. Great job in net by Jeff Dare.

Next up, the Blackbirds on Monday!

DePaoli: Bullitts come out strong and score in the first shift of the game..... It was pretty much all Broncos after that. I'm sure Matt will have a lot more to write about for this game, so please refer to his article for the game details.
Falcons 3   Galaxies 0 :
Akins: The Galaxies' playoff fate is all but sealed following another shutout loss. Tons of crazy bounces, none of which went our way. Falcons' lockdown D limited us to very few good chances. Pretty much a microcosm of our season. I imagine we have to be the lowest scoring team ever in a 23-game FHL season.

90 more minutes of ice time left. Maybe we can get 1 win in 2020 (which would be our first since early November).

Bordeau: Falcons face off against the Galaxies in the battle to stay out of the basement. Big game for the Falcons who are 4 points ahead of the Galaxies. Win puts us 6 points ahead of them or Loss puts us 2 points ahead of them.
Strong goaltending at both ends keeps it scoreless until 3:22 of the 1st, when the Falcon score first. Falcons score the next goal at the 7:53 of the 2nd period for a 2-0 lead. Strong Falcon forecheck keeps the Galaxies on their heals in their own zone.
Falcons score the next goal early in the 3rd period to take the wind out of the Galaxies sails. Falcons kill off 2 penalties during the game also. Falcons 3-0 Winners! This Win should get us a ticket to the big dance next month. #1 star Bryan S. with back too back shutouts!! Another Great team effort!!
